Salad not cake!
I thought it was about time I featured something a bit more healthy, like a salad, and stayed away from the cakes and breads for a while. I know my jeans will thank me for this. I would also like to be a bit more adept at different types of salads and introduce a few new ingredients. I am starting gently and trying buckwheat, which I know is not exactly radical, but isn’t something I normally eat.
